During registration, users are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. 32768 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of identification documents, proof of address, or bank details. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their account passwords confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, unless you have reported loss of access to the 32768 support team prior to such activity taking place. The platform will not be liable for losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 32768 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including FPX bank transfers, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and manual bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and will be displayed in the user's account deposit section.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the user's 32768 account. All first-time withdrawals require full identity verification before they can be processed. 32768 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain amounts as a safeguard against suspicious financial activity.
Withdrawal processing times range from 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected method and current workload. 32768 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Funds in user accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an account maintenance fee, of which users will be notified in advance via their registered email.
Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Closure
32768 provides its online entertainment platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding usability, accuracy, or continuity of service. The platform is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or service disruption arising from technical faults, system failures, or events beyond the company's control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party actions.
32768 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of terms, multiple account ownership, or use of the platform contrary to applicable law. In cases of account closure due to proven fraud, the remaining account balance may be fully forfeited.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 32768 support team via email. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the required verification process, subject to the withdrawal terms then in effect.
